Nondiscrimination Statement

Three Way Independent School District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sex, national origin, disability, age, or any other legally protected status in its educational programs, activities, or employment practices.

This commitment applies to all aspects of the district’s operations, including admissions, access to educational services, treatment, and employment. The district also prohibits retaliation against individuals who report discrimination or harassment or participate in investigations related to such conduct.

Title IX – Sexual Harassment and Gender-Based Discrimination

In accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Three Way ISD does not discriminate on the basis of sex and is committed to maintaining a learning and working environment free from sexual harassment and gender-based discrimination.

Any individual who believes they have been subjected to such conduct is encouraged to report it immediately. Reports may be made in person, by mail, by telephone, or by email to the Title IX Coordinator listed below.




How to File a Complaint

Students, parents, or employees who believe they have experienced discrimination, harassment, or retaliation should report the incident to the appropriate coordinator.
