How to Submit
All requests may be submitted via the electronic form linked below. Please include:
- A description of the request
- Requestor’s name
- Requestor’s phone number
- Requestor’s email address
- Requestor’s physical address
Important Notes
The request must ask for records or information that already exist. The Act does not require the district to create new information, conduct legal research, or answer questions.
Tip: Be as specific as possible about the records you are requesting (dates, departments, document titles, keywords) to help us locate them efficiently.
