Public Notice: Change in Property Tax Collection for Three Way ISD Residents

Beginning this year, property taxes for Three Way ISD will be collected by Somervell County instead of Erath County. From this point forward, residents in Three Way ISD will receive their tax statements from Somervell County and will make all tax payments directly to Somervell County. Please note that there are NO tax increases and NO new taxes as a result of this change. This adjustment is simply an administrative update that allows all district taxes to be managed in one place, improving efficiency and consistency for taxpayers and the district.
