Hello, Three Way family!

I am incredibly excited and honored to introduce myself as the new elementary principal at Three Way ISD. Education has been my passion for 31 years, with the last nine years serving as a principal. I previously spent eight years at a small 1A school community similar to Three Way, and those experiences gave me such an appreciation for the close relationships, strong traditions, and family atmosphere that make small schools so special.

My husband, Brit Campbell, and I are blessed with five grown children and six wonderful grandchildren who bring so much joy to our lives. When I’m not at school, I love camping, spending time outdoors, and going on new adventures with family and friends.

I truly believe schools are strongest when families, staff, and the community work together, and I am looking forward to building relationships, supporting students, and becoming part of the Three Way family. I can’t wait to get to know each of you and begin this exciting journey together.
